Frequently Asked Questions
How old should my cat be for this procedure?
Generally, cats should be at least 4-6 months old. Our veterinarian will assess your cat’s readiness during the exam.
What’s the recovery time?
Most cats recover within 7-10 days, with activity restrictions during this period.
Are there any risks involved?
While all surgeries carry some risk, spay/neuter procedures are among the most common and safest veterinary surgeries. We’ll discuss specific considerations during your cat’s exam.
Will my cat’s personality change?
The procedure typically eliminates unwanted behaviors but doesn’t change your cat’s fundamental personality.
